Q: How long will it take to get my hoodie?
A: Usually 4-6 weeks, however if there is an emergency or you need it for a birthday/holiday/wedding/funeral, LET US KNOW! For really rushed jobs there will be an extra charge.
Q: Can you do custom designs?
A: Of course! Use our Contact page to let us know what you'd like, and we can send you a mock-up of what it will look like. We may occasionally be closed for custom designs due to busy periods, but you won't know until you ask!
Q: How much are your hoodies?
A: Standard dinohoodies are £50, plus extras like eyes and teeth, £60. Custom hoodies start at £50 and increase depending on the features added. Children's hoodies are £40, again if customised the price increases with the features added.
Q: What are the chest sizes of your adult hoodies?
A: Chest sizes in inches are: S=36" M=40" L=44" XL=48". In ladies' sizes, S=10 M=12 L=14 XL=16
Q: Did you make Rufus Hound's dinohoodie, as worn on Celebrity Juice?
A: Yes, we did! If you'd like one the same as his, order a blue dinohoodie with black spikes, eyes and teeth!
Q: Can I buy a murloc hoodie?
A: Due to a request from Activision, we've had to stop selling these hoodies. However, you can download a pattern and instructions for them here if you'd like to have a go at making your own. Send us photos!
Q: Do you do extreme sizes?
A: Yes! If you are over XXL, or under 3 years old, please get in touch. The hoodie colours may be limited, but we will do our best to find a hoodie that fits.
Q: If my hoodie doesn't fit, can I get a refund or exchange?
A: Nope. Our hoodies are made-to-order. Please measure yourself, the corresponding sizes are available via the Make Your Own section.
Q: How do I use my voucher?
A: Firstly, your Paypal email address needs to be the same as the email address on the voucher. Then, when going through Paypal's checkout, enter your Redemption Code and the voucher amount will be deducted from your total.
Q: I want a Fairtrade or specifically manufactured hoodie, or I already have a hoodie I want you to modify, can you do this?
A: Yes - please get in touch to find out how. The hoodies we use are ethically manufactured and WRAP accredited.
Q: How is my package insured?
A: We send all hoodies via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Interlink courier. Times are 2/3 days in the UK, and up to 2 weeks worldwide.If you want a tracking number please let us know!
Q: How do I wash my dinohoodie?
A: Regular dinohoodies, and hoodies with simple additions like ears and small tails, can be washed in a washing machine as normal. I have tumble dried my dinohoodie too, it doesn't seem to have any adverse effects. Simply re-plump spikes and tails afterwards to stop them getting lumpy. For hoodies with long or dangly additions, it might be a good idea to either put the hoodie in a pillowcase and put it in the washing machine, or hand wash it. For hoodies with fur, foam or felt teeth or felt attached, these should be hand-washed in cold/cool water, or machine washed on cool, on a delicate cycle. NO TUMBLE DRYING for these.
Q: I've had my hoodie for a while and it needs mending! What can I do?
A: Parts like the foam teeth and delicate additions may suffer through rough usage, tumbledryers or over-excited fans. We can repair these for you - we charge a variable rate depending on the time taken. Please get in touch!
